Workspace Dashboard Docu Pn The workspace dashboard provides a streamlined overview of your workspace resources and any important events that apply to your applications on Kubernetes. In short, here’s what you can do on the dashboard:
  • Monitor resource consumption and filter by time ranges.
  • See team activity on the workspace.
  • Identify issues and events from Kubernetes workloads.
From here, you can dive into the resources of your workspace for further troubleshooting.

Customizing workspace dashboards

The layout of the workspace dashboard is not fixed. Cluster administrators can define custom dashboards that control which sections appear and add tailored resource tables — so each team can get a landing view that fits how they work. A single dashboard can be shared across multiple workspaces. Workspaces that aren’t assigned a custom dashboard use the built-in default dashboard, which shows all standard sections.

Configuring a dashboard

Custom dashboards are managed by cluster administrators.
  1. Open your Cluster and go to Settings → Workspace Dashboards.
  2. Edit the default dashboard, or create a new named dashboard.
  3. Toggle the built-in sections and add resource tables (see below).
  4. Assign the dashboard to one or more workspaces. A live preview shows the resulting layout as you edit.

Built-in sections

Each of these standard sections can be turned on or off:
  • Dashboard header — the workspace summary at the top of the page.
  • Capacities — the resource-consumption tile.
  • Agents — the banner surfacing AI agent findings and proposals for the workspace.
  • Members — the workspace members tile.
  • Resource overview — the standard overview of workspace resources.

Resource tables

Below the built-in sections you can add any number of resource tables. Each table has a heading and lists the Kubernetes resource kinds you choose (for example Deployments, StatefulSets, or a specific custom resource). Tables render in the order you arrange them, letting you put the resources a team cares about front and center.

Assigning dashboards to workspaces

A workspace can be assigned to at most one dashboard. Assigning a workspace to a custom dashboard immediately changes what its members see on the Dashboard tab. Removing the assignment — or deleting the dashboard — reverts the workspace to the default dashboard.

Permissions

Any workspace member with view access sees the dashboard that applies to their workspace. Creating and editing dashboards requires cluster administrator permissions.
